Campbelltown CH – Accessible Bathroom Conversion & Compliance Upgrade

Demolition and conversion of an existing storeroom into a fully compliant accessible bathroom, including removal of redundant services and structural modifications with new below-floor drainage. Installation of certified waterproofing to all wet areas in accordance with AS 3740. Fitout included a DDA-compliant toilet, grab rails, accessible vanity, mirror, and hand dryer. Upgrades to fire services, mechanical ventilation, and electrical systems with improved lighting, plus installation of a duress alarm. Finishing works included hygienic vinyl flooring with coved edges, wall and ceiling finishes, door relocation, and installation of two automatic wave-activated door operators for hands-free access.
