Condobolin CH – Roofing Replacement & Heritage Upgrade

Removal and replacement of existing roofing, guttering, and associated elements, including safe removal and disposal of asbestos eave linings in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Works included removal of gutters and downpipes, preparation and painting of fascia boards, exposed rafters, and eaves, and installation of new roof sheeting with sarking insulation and temporary flashings to maintain weather protection. New valleys, box gutters, and replacement flashings were installed, with ridge and hip flashings detailed to preserve the building’s heritage character. A compliant height safety system with certified anchor points was installed, along with new quad gutters, painted gable fascia boards, louvers, and repaired eaves to complete the project.
