Downing Centre – Internal Refurbishment & Services Upgrade

Full internal refurbishment including demolition, alterations, and installation of new interior finishes and building services. Removal of redundant partitions, fixtures, and services, with new partition walls, glazed screens, acoustic-rated walls, and internal doors installed to suit the updated layout. Fitout works included new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, carpets throughout, custom joinery, loose furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment, and signage in accordance with architectural documentation. Mechanical, fire, electrical, and security services were upgraded and commissioned, with updated as-built documentation provided to deliver a functional, compliant, and high-quality interior environment.
